Job Description:Purpose
To develop, deliver, maintain, and advance an effective digital media strategy to help achieve ACF’s mission to enable the seeker of purpose, meaning and truth to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
Lead efforts between the Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Production teams and other appropriate resources to create content and deliver digital media in support of multiple ministries.
Utilize digital platforms to create engagement and discipleship opportunities with all ACF communities through weekend worship services, live online events and virtual curriculum for all ACF Ministries.
Maximize ACF’s Web presence, use of social media, email communications and Realm App to connect and engage with online audience. 
Specific Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ACF’s digital strategy
  • Integrate and oversee all digital media platforms
  • Set specific digital objectives and monitor progress
  • Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications
  • Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest new optimization methods to improve online worship
  • Incorporate ACF’s mission, vision, and values into our creative media
  • Oversee weekly digital media distribution of audio and video elements through ACF’s website, social media, and other online outlets
  • Work with staff to create a church-wide archive and library of all digital assets and graphics
  • Develop and integrate online registrations and all domains
  • Design and push digital media campaigns through all social media and online platforms
  • Commit to learning new technical skills that relate to the job. Study and work to stay current and ahead of the curve on technologies for worship and church environments.
Supervisory Responsibilities 
  • Lead and develop MarCom staff
  • Coordinate efforts of MarCom and Production staffs
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred: BS degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of visual design, brand development, web publishing, and the creative process
  • Knowledge of user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS
  • A commitment to the Christian faith and the mission and values of ACF
  • Proven ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and a forward-thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Able to effectively organize, prioritize, and schedule project and work assignments
  • Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
  • Thorough understanding of how digital channels work
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Innovator
 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
