Job Description:Connection Pointe Christian Church is looking for a filmmaker to tell compelling stories and create inspiring works through film that help audiences to grow in their faith.

Connection Pointe is a unique, multi-generational church led by Senior Pastor John Dickerson, with an extraordinary vision for the future and over 4,000 people attending weekend services. Our film team is growing quickly, so you’ll be instrumental in creating a fun team who wants to tellamazing stories through film. We don't want to be the best of the church world - we want to be the best, period. Our goal is to produce work so inspirational and well executed, Connection Pointe becomes *the* place for creative believers to want to work.
Who You (The Perfect Candidate) Are...
You Have a Love of (and Eye for) Cinematography - You know how to use cameras, lenses and lighting to create beautiful images that connect with the audience and convey emotion.
You Know the Tools - You may have an area that you specialize in, but you know enough about the filmmaking process to be carry a project from start to finish independently.
You Don't Copy, You Create - You don't want us to just look like the other big churches out there; you want us to stand out, have our own look, and be innovative in our approach. Blending is boring to you.
You Work Quickly Without Sacrificing Quality - This is a fast paced environment, and you can keep up. You keep us planning ahead but, when something comes up last minute, you can crank out something great.
You Learn, You Stretch - Even if you're not expert at the things listed above, you are interested in expanding your skills as a filmmaker, learning from your peers and from your own practice. You listen to feedback, you pursue improvement, and you give yourself room to feel satisfied with what you've accomplished.
